Can anyone recommend similar stuff to this? I'm completely new to the funky/experimental, at least that's what I'm calling it.

This thread covers quite a variety of sound so u would need to be more specific, but Tbh this whole sub forum is one long recommendation list of similar stuff.

around the 1 hr mark, it gets better. they normally always start with abit of old jazz/disco.

Good set, but one that would make a bit more sense with a few beers in the club I think, no disrespect.

Saying that, the Countdown grime tune is pretty hype

There's no excuses for stealing music IMO...

There's tonnes of great and legally free music out there anyway, Jamie XX's essential mix and George Fitzgerald's RA mix being two prime examples just from today and as I type this I'm listening to Ben UFO and Jackmaster bang it out on Rinse for free.
