First off, thanks for the feedback

Haha, yeah as soon as I saw that part in the movie, I turned to the chick next to me and was like ..damn I gotta use this in a song.

But yeah, the wobble is pretty distorted haha, I was trying to go for almost a noise, so I overdrove and bitcrushed the shit out of everything.. and added some more noise to make it ..noisier? Haha so yeah, I can understand where you and oprs get the "too crazy" feel.
oprs wrote:710 im gonna have to agree with spray about zee wobbles. less is sometimes more! but i do dig the track. everything else is sounding pretty right
Thanks dude, I'm glad you think its sitting kind of right. If the way overdriven sound keeps pissing off too many people I may go back to the drawing board on that bass.

i'm having alot of trouble getting my track to have that professional quality you find in good dubstep tracks. i've been djing around lately and i'm trying to get into production as well. i've been composing since i was fifteen for band and orchestra, but it's a different story creating the sounds yourself and doing all that, but i'm trying my best. any tips/critiques are GREATLY appreciated!
Hey, glad you like the track so far -- I understand your frustration in sound creation, man.. I'm barely scratching the surface and I already feel like I'm a genius compared to how bad I used to be. The coolest part about producing is you get a perfect way to keep track of your progression as an artist, so make sure you keep up at it! As far as your song goes, what DAW are you using to produce? The bang bang sample fits great for a dubstep song, good choice and work with it. You definitely need some bass in there like someone up there said.. Also, you might wanna look into different samples for the drums, they just seem like something that came with a program, but maybe I'm crazy lol.

@ 710 killer-klowns - Love the intro, this track is feeling pretty pro.. If I had to change something I might add another snare on top 4 bars after the beat kick in just to raise the atmos and intensity.
Yeah I know what you mean.. I've been tweaking the beat around with some incidentals and shit cause I feel like a
little more oomph would give the track a better feel.. we're on the same track.
