Caffeine and nicotine are about as hardcore as I get.

Caffeine is actually the most hardcore shit I've done, together with alcohol and I've done salvia, pills/mdma, shrooms and weed.

Caffeine in a pre-workout drink + a mood disorder = a fucking hell. I went through a nightmare on that shit.

I never had any comedown off Mephedrone. I thought that was the appeal of it? Short lasting, little after-effects, cheap as fuck, high purity (Well when it was legal).

Occasionally I'd feel spaced out the next day if I over did it. But generally felt it was a really easy, safe high, with the main side-effect being acting a bit of a dickhead. And that was from caining it near enough every weekend from late '09 to '10. All the media hysteria over it was mostly bollocks.

Only problems I knew of in real life were from lads that'd do 3 day benders, just because of the legality.

Seriously, Mephedrone is extremely forgiving compared to near enough every other stimulant. They didn't actually proof any reported death to it in the end, instead a ban was rushed through before any scientific evidence was conducted. Pathetic.

I think the bad reputation stems again from the 'macho' culture of lads, that'd go on benders and push it to the limits just so they could moan about it at work the next week.

I've got a mate who got properly fucked over on mephedrone spent most of his student loan on it and ended up pulling 4 day benders till he was rushed to hospital then as soon as he got out he was straight back on it, his knees went all blue and swollen for about 2 weeks as well, ended up blacking out when he was driving one day and flipped his car full of people and now he's been diagnosed with epiliepsy.

I'm sure thats an extreme case but I'm fucking glad I steered clear of the stuff.

i quit caffeine about a month and a half ago, i already get really bad anxiety attacks, but even with drinking about 2 cups of toddy in the morning every day, the caffeine would make it amplify. not a lot by no means, but my appetite was fucked and i would be so anxious i was becoming extremely anti-social. feel great without it now! i have been drinking lots of kava kava tea, herbal teas, poppy tea..

i hadn't been fuckin with it for a while...it's that clear drank... it hit my city big again... shits like $100 a pint right now. $10 an ounce. Last week it was $300 a pint $25 an ounce.
