had tons of fun today playing with these, impressive what you can do only with delays and reverb feedbacks + eq gain overdrive.

embrace digital djing / ableton sets and you won't need a kaoss pad

I want to get a sampler and a synth + sequencer like evolve in the future, not a priority right now.

In a bit of a bidding war over an Elektron Machinedrum now.
Hope I can pick this up for under €700.

Of all the stuff I'm selling, I'm missing that sub the most. Seriously hurts. Just nothing down there. Have to monitor much louder just to even approach having any weight at all. Seriously reget selling that sub.

^I thought the price tag was pretty fair for what you get if you look at the features...except the fact that it has no MIDI and personally I'm not fucking around with CV ;p

I think Elektron are relying on the fact that some people will be buying this to compliment existing Elektron gear like that MachineDrum which already have sequencer abilities built in, perhaps?

Right, except none of the other three Elektron machines use CV and the new one doesn't have MIDI so there is no immediate way to sync the gear.
I'm not 100%, but I'm a bit of an Elektron fan boy and researched the three first machines pretty extensively before settling on the Monomachine.

I really want a battery powered hardware synth that has it's own speakers and keyboard so I can just carry it around and synthesize whenever the fuck I want. It would make car rides a whole lot shorter. badabingbadaboom
