magma wrote:Between me and my lady we get through an Oz about every three weeks and have smoked daily for around 10-11 years. I don't smoke during work hours, but that's about it. If I'm working from home (i.e. tomorrow), I'll be lit.

At this point it's pretty much habitual, so I'm going to cut down a bit for health reasons when I've moved out of my current place (hopefully a change of scenery will break some "oh, I'll skin up" triggers), but I've never felt it's affected my work. I'm a pretty motivated son of a bitch.

I think it's easy to get confused because a lot of people who are already lazy like to smoke weed instead of doing something constructive with their lives... weed doesn't make people lazy itself, it just makes it easier for people to be lazy.
i dont mean to sound harsh man btu that sounds pretty dependent man, dats a lotta Oz

i think weed defo makes most people lazy in some way or another. it might not effect u going to work n shit but it probs it effects ur motivation for other things, mebs that ur not even realising

imami wrote:yeah i did that a few years ago because i owned an ice cream shop at the time and it was kind of miserable
thc is stored in ur fat, so if u smoke every day for a long time, u have a lot of thc kickin around in ur body, and it takes monthsss for it all to go away. it gets slowly released into ur blood steam, which can make u feel mongy and kinda depressed for a little while after u quit... i think. my memory is extremely hazy on weed science now. im sure there loads of other reasons why ppl quit quit green feel depressed

and what m808son is saying is entirely right, u should all heed his wise words before u end up giving urselves braindamage.

people have this ridiculous illusion with weed that its some sort of godlike plant that can do no wrong, or that some people can just "hack it" and not get fucked up.
its like any drug, if u hammer it multiple times a week, ur gonna get fucked up by it sooner or later

my dads a mental health doctor guy, idk his title exactly, but he's seen more ppl than he can count who have serious mental health problems due to being big stoners at some point in their life. its a lot worse than people think. just cos its really difficult to prove scientifically thats its bad 4 u, stoners argue that its harmless, despite the fact that theres living proof that indicates the contrary strewn across the face of the earth

imo challenge urself to quit for like 4+ months and see how u feel
in a years time youll be like new men

i wish u all the best homies :Q: :w:

I think they got that from How I Met Your Mother.

That being said, I don't think anything that's started after 3am, like leaving to meet people, has ever ended well for me.
Once I'm out before that time, cool shit does tend to happen.
