Ah I remember seeing someone wearing a guy fawkes mask protesting with a sign next to a busy road near where I worked one day.
I actually shook my head and laughed as I walked by him, and I've been regularly going on 4chan since round 05.
I think people who spout memes in real life, or where the merchandise (which someone was genius enough to cash in on) are the new fedoras. Same for the EDM crowd with their Molly, Brostep, Dubstep, etc neon logo sloganed shirts/hats.
