Yes, but it's still shit.

Watching it is like having an angry man shout the same word at you for two hours.

I forgot Van Wilder

''Dude, look at that girls tits!''

''Dude, I just ate a turd!''

''Killer dude (his knob falls out)''

that sort of thing leaves me cold like Jill Dando

Yeah it's really good. The humour is spot on. It a massive satirical look at the film industry, amongst other things lol

Lost In Translation - A boring, depressing film about boredom and depression, with a bit of "wow, aren't the japanese crazy" thrown in.

My girlfriend and loads of my friends all love it, but it just made me want to die.

The Core - READ A MOTHERFUCKING SCIENCE BOOK! I don't mind sci-fi, people bending the rules a little bit, Arnie firing guns with no recoil and giant monsters, all of which are impossible, but this film takes the concept of suspension of disbelief and rapes it with a trowel. Although it does succeed as a comedy.

Night Of The Living Dead - 30th Anniversary Edition - Absolutely classic film ruined by some corny Anton LaVey lookalike priest and some whole bullshit sideplot to do with god and murderers. The power of the film was that we don't have a fucking clue what is going on. Plus everything was ok at the end, leaving no room for them to remake / screw up Dawn or Day. Oh wait good thing.

I'm gonna chuck Land of the Dead in with the crapness too, Romero used to deal with politics like Billie Holiday did, these days he does it like Green Day.

As for shit films i do like:

Waterworld: Frankly it's not that bad, and Dennis Hopper is a badman.

Judge Dredd: Unforgivable to 2000AD fans, yes, but i've never been a big fan of comics and i do like the concept. I will agree though, Rob Schneider can go suck a fuck

Repo Man :? :?

Film 4 where advertising it as an 80's cult classic. So i sat down to watch, i usually love 80's movies but fuck me this was the worst piece of shit i have ever seen.
Bad acting, no real plot and the worst special effects ever seen. Absolutely no redeeming features at all. Utter crap. The last time i listen to the Film 4 adverts. Give me back two hours you bastards.

Nah man....

To me, Repo Man was the antidote to the whole swathe of Teen 80s movies (and I know, some of them are classics...). Ridiculous plot, random crazy characters, army of cheesy blond secret service. I just have no idea how it got made.

Luckily for you, and sadly for me, the chances of any film like that getting major studio cash now are el zilcho.

Oops, just edeitted above, cos thought it needed elaborating...

It is shit, but I still like it, basically. Its just completely out of left field.

I found it really funny.

The main character is trying to be a "grown up", getting a job, earning his own money, "coming of age", and the adult world he becomes immersed in is just completely ridiculous.

I enjoyed that for some reason

Ok i see what your saying. I enjoyed the weirdness of it and i think it had potential to be a great film. However it really needed some structure. It just didn't go anywhere. The loose plot had nothin to it. Everytime you thought the pace was beginning to pick up it just slowed down again. It needed some better actors as well Estevez was absolutely dire and as for the Punks
