mmm I like the vibe of this. I see what you mean about the mix being 'a bit off'

Those drums need far more 'presence'. The sub is far too dominating. On the topic of sub - it cud do with a touch of distortion to give it some high-end.
I like those vocals a lot. They are add so much to the track. I'd be nice if they were lower in the mix to be more subtle - but thats just me.
Maybe pan those pads nice and wide to give the track more space too.
Overall tho, you are heading somewhere very nice.
I've got 2 new tracks up on my soundcloud - 'I Feel It' and 'Pedigree Beast'. Both are still works in progress, naturally

i like the 'i feel it' one man, Good samples, Good Drums. everythin sounds clear n that in the mix.
fat sounding bass too, what you use?
i like how the arrangement gives the bass impact. like when it drops after the sample fades in the middle [bout 3:40]
good tunes tho man. also commented on your 1st tune.

safe man.
I use Cubase as my main DAW (i tried converting to Ableton live recently, but I found it more distracting than productive. Everythin I made felt 'rushed'), I also use fruityloops for making my beats, due to its awesome pattern editor.
For synths, I use the mighty z3ta+ - it's what Ive used to learn synthesis on for past 2 years.

Does RIGHTEOUS need heavier bass? Posted a 320 in Dubs sections. Heavier bass or is bass heavy enough?

I'm no engineer for sure, and have crap speakers in all so apologies in advance ^^
Edit: Whoops, this should be in the works in progress section...
