^^ word.

I cleaned my PS3 out yesterday because it was making a godawful racket everytime I switched it on.... managed to fuck the ribbon cable to the Blu-Ray drive in the process. Dick. Gotta wait for a new one via mail order when all I want to do is get home and have a FIFA marathon tonight.... ANNOYING.

1st thing I did today was knock a full pack of cotton buds all over the bathroom floor. Day did not pick up.

fucking food service industry.
i've worked EIGHT different jobs in restaurants/cafes since May; at the end of the day they don't actually give a shit what kind of person is representing their establishment, just want someone who is available all day, every day to slave to snotty customers for less than minimum wage. got a call today from the cafe that hired me a few weeks before winter holidays -- apparently while i was gone they found someone to take my spot "because she was here" ... even though they were made aware of my travels from the start.

:u:

think this is the last sign i need to hunker down and try my hardest to find a job in what i actually want to do... finding one that will pay me is the tricky part :(

Went to catapult in cardiff today to pick up the latest two swamp releases, they were sold out, ended up buying 11 other records I had no intention on buying just cos the one guy who works there is a fucking class salesman. Done about 300 quids worth of damage to my wallet today with ikea, records and all you can eat chinese buffets.

Simon, the big bloke with the beard?

Always have to go record shopping when I'm tight on cash so I don't ending up emptying my wallet there.

Yeah that's the guy, always get carried away chatting to him about tunes. I'll grab like 5 records to listen to and he'll steadily feed more and more records to me and before I know it I've got a pile of fucking fantastic tunes and I end up buying them all instead of buying electric for the rest of the week.

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

After not hearing from my apparent bf for a week while he gallivants across NZ with his ex, he logs onto facebook, tags me in a happy new years post and doesn't even reply to my messages.
