Bit into an asapargus tip last night to see if it was cooked and have burnt the tip of my tongue with the resultant hot water squirt. Foolish idea, and reminds me again why I miss my steamer so much.

Left the house on time this morning for the first time in about 2 months. Got into town and there was a truck broken down blocking the entrance to the car park, late into work again
