Bloke I know, his girlfriend was overseas for first time, in Paris.
On the spur of the moment, last week, he's taken a week off work & flown over (this is from Oz yeah?) without telling her,
Yesterday they met up & he's taken her up the Eiffel Tower & proposed. She said yes.
Now I know that's not so much about love as romance but it made a lot of people feel good.
