so what you're saying is you don't actually know that zomby isn't burial
no, thats exactly the opposite of what i'm saying. they are not the same person. i know what zomby looks like, i know what will bevan looks like, they are different people, they make different music, they have different lives, they are both great, they are both a bit mysterious, they are both on the same label, but yet, they are different people.
aren't people tired of gossiping about zomby yet?
are you burial?
good one. now run along, have a fiddle on reason and play with your little mates. some of us actually respect these guys and take music seriously

google 'zomby burial' and check out teh amount of cross referencing
they are teh same, i thought it was kode9 but then i asked hima nd he said 'no, lol'

At a LOOOONG stretch I would say they could be brothers.
They both are quite eloquent in interviews, both passionate about their music and their influences.

Burial always spoke about his older brother going out to raves before him.
Zomby seems to talk about always going out to raves.

But then Zomby said he has a brother 10 years older than he is. Perhaps there's just a household of brothers and two of them are fucking incredible artists....and use the same software (it sounds like)

It would be so cool if they were brothers.

mate its been established with proof that they are not brothers despite people saying things like this
someone here says they are brothers - http://www.last.fm/music/Zomby/_/Test+Me+For+A+Reason
but there has been speculation they are the same person.

read into it what you will

burial - in mcdonalds
zomby - test me for a reason

:?:

pitchfork hint strongly that zomby is an alias of burial
In interview, Zomby bares more than a few traits in common with Burial. Both are fiercely passionate about their own music, hark back to the spirit of rave for inspiration and produce fragile, unpolished but startlingly original music. It's little surprise then that Zomby declares himself Burial's number one fan, while his new side project, a throwback-to-'91 rave album on Werk is sure to appeal to fans of Burial's influences.

Judging by interviews, so much of Burial's inspiration is the bittersweet memories of raves now long since extinct, and as Zomby expounds his passion for the era, all his influences-- hip-hop, garage, dubstep, jungle, rave, kuduro, grime-- seem to coalesce into one coherent whole, now facilitated by the vast visibility of music on the 'net and bathed in the fading afterglow of hardcore. Perhaps every "what-the?" moment he creates in new listeners' brains is just a by-product of his own urge to forever re-create that first rave-rush again in his own.

As an American, i need to see a copy of Burial's Birth Certificate before i believe he's legitimately allowed to hold the office of president.
