I built my own TV. Worked nice and hard on it. I then donated that TV to the poor people. Then I download 5 gigs of music illegally.
Ok, cool.zerbaman wrote:Actually, some interesting input, not too long ago, I was given a ********** link by a record label manager.
No, I won't say who.
I think people overlook the cost of software and stuff. Sure you can make tunes with just a laptop and earbuds and pirated software, but it's going to sound like Mt Eden.Pedro Sánchez wrote:It's not though is it, the price of a laptop and an internet connection to share your art with the world.you need to get out in the real creative world and find out just how expensive and hard it is.
The cost of just living is expensive but thats another thing altogether.

It's still a grey area with mixes legally, but most copyright holders don't give a fuck as long the mixes don't contain full unmixed tracks and the mix is not for sale, it's free promo at the end of the day.test recordings wrote:Don't own any of them either though is downloading a mix from a DJ classed as piracy? Its currently illegal, but less frowned upon. Some people even think its ok. (Myself being one as you have supported the artist & label etc). Think somebody said that in the future you will buy the copyright of a song so can have it in whatever format.Wildcard wrote:Is it illegal if i pirate songs that i already own the vinyl for?
