my mates has just realised his passport has expired! any way round that at all?

ahhhhhh crapples.
this is something i found from someones travel blog...
At some stage, you wave your passport (preferably the page with the picture on it) at a uniformed person, then you get on the train. Someone will check your ticket, and either tell you where your seat is, or tell you this is the Brussels train, and the train for Paris is over there, monsieur!
could there be any chance that my mate could thru?
this is a right fucker!

dunno how it goes over there but here you can (with a little pressure) extend your passport in one-two days.
See what happens when your country decides not to hand out ID cards. Nothing but trouble :p

yeh u can do that here but it costs alot of money and u have to travel quite a long way to get it done. shit happens

front right is the best place, the whole right side has a nice passtrough for getting drinks and there is enough room and fresh air from the side of the tent. yes yes!
