Right then well then right then

Big night - loads better than the 1st one

Young Warrior set it nicely, Police In Helicopter, Light Up Your Spliff, Rasta We Rasta etc. some tuff new bits from him too

Mala n Cokes n Pokes - lively, first 30 mins were probs the best. Love how Coki can leave the crossfader off, drop it in half a bar late with no blend and still get the jakum on Haunted  Eyez went off hardest

Phizix & Strategy - nice to hear some D&B, probs shouldve gone last tho. Dub Phizix is a smooth as fuck DJ, no mucking about, loads of double drops & speedy blends. Can get a bit samey tho, all the usuals were hard tho & Codec sounded BEEFY

Kahn & Neek - bumbaholed it - start to finish murklery. Neek dropping Snake Eater was a lot, thought Marcus was gonna have a mild seizure. Crowd felt a bit flagged by then tho - not much action for the Flirta/Generals dubs which we was loving. Picked up by the end for Skeng dub n Badman City VIP - also Spliff Dub>>>

RC1 sounded great throughout - never got to the nosebleed, pint evaporating levels ive heard it go to but was more than enuf

Big up Marcus (wtf was that grimey tune Kahn played with the emosh Toasty style breakdown???) , Charliefoy any other gang i saw

12'O'CLACK

Big night.

Can people just stay where they are and have a dance though? Jesus Christ. Bigger venue needed perhaps.

Yeah i don't like the venue tbh, too much light + just overall a bit uneasy vibes

Much better than the 1st one though jesus christ that was dangerously packed

Yeah I picked up on that uneasiness. It's probably again due to the traffic, can't really get into the vibe with the constant distraction and I'm not one of those that can wilfully ignore people trying to pass. Ended up practically hugging a pillar for Dub Phizix  Would of tried to say hi to you lot but was a bit fucked off about things yesterday, next time maybe. Said a brief hello and big up to Mary Anne Hobbs though, that was nice.

Ah, there was one tune Mala dropped. Really deep sub and had a kind of understated grimey synth rhythm over the top. Sort of metallic and gritty, like old Distance. Any ideas?

Big up to you too Josh!
Does anyone know the tune Mala dropped after Gantz- Free Focus (Commodo remix)? I remember hearing at the last broken dub and sounded something like Las would produce.

All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.

serious riddim got dropped!
Lost City, Stuck, oh garsshhhhh, some other vintage Mala dubs i ain't heard in years

Some new Mala tunes poss aswell?
one skippy, swingy vibes, then some dirt robot noise comes, then goes into a right squelcher. Heard him drop it at the last BDH. There's another one i recorded a clip of but so distorted it's not worth upping.

Vibey night

Unbelievable night.
When Mala dropped Spry Sinister, the night truly began for me... Pokes as always, on point!

This had some serious weight, can anyone ID?

And this one...

Think it was Coki who let this run through to it's 3rd drop... can't find the ID though... i know Joe Nice has played it out a few times...

Coki dropped some new stuff, especially excited for the releases of this...(Tune at 27:50)

And this was a bit mad too! Quite hard to hear, but the vocals were dank!!

Haven't seen too much dnb on a system before, but Dub Phizix/Strategy were lethal on the RC1
Kahn and Neek starting off with dubstep and a couple new dubplates and then hit it hard with grime. Missed the very end as i had to dash for a train, but top night!

Saw a surprising amount of people getting kicked out for green though.

Mala dropped what i can only assume was a Swindle track, it went OFF! Saw Mala looking into the crowd in dismay at the reaction. It could well have been Walters Call?
I just remember a load Swindle-type samples going on, and was far too busy skanking to think about anything else....
Anyone else remember this?
