are you talking about the balance board?

I think that is getting packaged with Wii Fit which isn't out over here yet. The skiing game looks fun with it.

I've got the 'big 3'..not really had a lot of game time on them though. I picked up mercury meltdown as well as it reminded me a bit of monkeyball and quite like those quirky kind of games.

No More Heroes looks great, i was a big fan of Killer7 so that is a definite by at some point. I played Res Evil 4 to death to will prob not pick it up unless i see it really cheap (although the change in the controls might breathe a bit more life into it for me).

Can you get an HDMI cable for the wii? I'm using the packaged Scart but want something better for the HDTV
yeman, i got a US one coz i knew that no matter how many times nintendo got the worldwide simultaneous release thing done right (eg. mario) they would still sheg it when it came to something like smash so i feel thoroughly vindicated in that respect. also certain games come out dirt cheap in the states, resi 4 and zack and wiki are both only £20 each brand new.

figured you might have those ones, tbh you're pretty much sorted till smash comes i reckon as i've clocked metroid, only just got to the last boss on zelda and have done 2/3 of mario and that's since october last year.

here's the best picture you're gonna get for the wii.

unfortunately my tv is a 5 year old flat screen and doesn't have component slots so i'm stuck with shitty scart. if anyone can recommend a decent scart > composite adaptor it would be much appreciated.

Thanks sinc, i'd seen those but wasn't sure on the quality. Think i'll have to get one as the scart really doesn't look too great on a decent HDTV.

Is that Dodonpachi Dai Ou Jou that i see there?? Sick game. Got really into that and Espgaluda at one point a couplea years back. Gotta love the bullet ballet shmups. Less about watching where the bullets are and more about looking where they're not. Some of the boss battles are insaaaane. This vid is from the true last boss of DoDon when you play through twice in a row and fulfill certain criteria.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uG9COkH6QYs
Dai Ou Jou has 5 levels, and a second loop is available if the player manages to complete the first loop and satisfy certain criteria. The requirements are any one of: * Less than 2 deaths * Less than 3 bombs used * Collecting all 10 bees in at least 3 stages. The bees in each level must be collected without dying.

If the player then succeeds in completing the second loop, they face the true final boss of the game, Hibachi, as demonstrated in this video.
