I always sleep naked unless I'm at someone else's house... then what i wear depends on whereabouts in the house I'm sleeping (bed = boxers : sofa = boxers and t-shirt)

i used to run the risk of my parents waking me up and me being starkers but then one morning my dad walked in and just saw my arse hanging out the side of the bed and this has never been a problem since, everyone knows to knock now!

LOL that's the reason I don't sleep on my front! Can't see the monsters attacking if your eyes are buried in your pillow! Also I find it difficult to breathe, pillow presses into eyes, and my face gets too hot. Also occasionally can't sleep facing the wall because of potential monsters.

I was taught to sleep only on my right. Coz the heart is located slightly to the left so blood would flow better to the larger portion of the body due to gravity I've conquered my childhood indoctrination now and am just confused which side to sleep on

I randomly sleep with or without clothes on, also random number of clothes. Usually less if it's hot. As I'd just drench my bed with sweat otherwise.

I always sleep in boxer's and a shirt, i always find it so hard to sleep i have sleeping problems. On average i will be lie'ing in bed for 3 hour's before i can get to sleep no matter how tierd i am alot of nights i dont even get to sleep until 6 or 7 in the morning.

I was thinking that too. It's like taking sleep apnea to a whole new level. There's a few times i've slept on my front and woke up with INSANE neck ache from having my head 90 degrees to the left/right all night. Usually means I can only turn my head one way for the rest of the day

But to answer your question, when you're on your back and have your head off to the side, you've only got a bit of gravity holding your head at that angle. When you're on your front, to get your head facing left or right you have to physically move it there and the pillow holds it at the sharp angle than if you were on your back, if you get me. Hard as fuck to explain, or maybe I'm just an idiot, but it's a simple concept. TO sum it up, when you're on your back your head is at around 45 degree angle left or right, on your stomach it's swung around 90 degrees
