label on the waistband of my new boxers is a bit itchy. ended up having to tuck my shirt into my boxers a bit, but I'm wearing a jumper, so nobody notices.

You dont have to sear meat for stew, just salt/pepper/flour the meat. Never had any problems doing it that way!
