I've cut down from 5-6 cups of coffee a day to 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of Rooibos tea.
I can only see this being a good thing.

10 spoons of coffee
10 spoons of sugar
1 1/2 cup of milk

coffe is good for you
stops bowel cancer
teh sugar and milk innit is bad IMO

doesnt the Rooibos make you sleepy though?

i drink coffee and pop caffeine pills all day otherwise i get tired

what does rooibos actually taste like compared to say, your normal run of the mill english breakfast?

I think the shocking thing is buying $1000 coat online without having tried it on first

its good it tastes kinda like berries with a slight sour note.. actually i always think it has a metallic taste but it's enjoyable in a weird way

It's a bit sweeter and slightly earthy /metallic.
But with bitter overtones.
Difficult to explain.
Rooibos is Caffeine free as well.

if you want some 'natural' sleep aids theres a few things you can try: valerian, hops, and passion flower

And I drink strong coffee.
