Really want to start playing Dota 2 but it seems difficult to get into and there are so many characters!

All of the heroes are explained on the Dota 2 wiki. I advise playing at least a dozen or so co-op bot games before you switch to real opponents.

Viking : Battle For Asgard. Nothing special, picked it up for a fiver. Pretty fun hack and slash.
The Witcher 2. I've been putting this off for some reason. Started it last night, great game so far but I can see the combat taking some time to get used to.

I used to love playing fantasy RPGs but now whenever i play them i get really bored and i feel like i am just playing the same game over and over again.. Even Skyrim..

exceptional game. the sequel is decent but the story takes a turn for the worse. definitely recommend it though man.
