@Melodik
THAT IS A BIG TUNE... love the space and feeling you create. If there was one bad thing I would say those bits of talking (from the movie I assume) are not high enough in the mix so you cant make them out, but you could have them lower in the mix to give a sort of background noise effect??

Could you give my tune a listen as well? The soundcloud link in the sig below.

Cheers

tough tune same time! maybe work on the eq a bit and check the levels of that stab melody and the strings. stab sounds a bit too loud and strings a bit too soft. good tune though man!

@ Rxcoup. Loving the laid back feel. The drum sounds are spot on for the theme of things. Nice drop aswel. Wouldn't mind some more instrumentation in it maybe some keyboard stabs or something else.

I enjoyed Londons burning a lot very mellow stuff. The indian style vocals really set of the tune and the drums are well arranged and sound nice. Down the rabbit ho;le hasa masive bass which sounds great loud btw lol. Like the steel snare sound you use in it! Very deep drop aswell makes everything so much sweeter when it all kicks back in. Like the both of them!

Sick track mate. Love the drum pattern, gives it that shuffly head bopping feel to it whilst its still ambient. If anything i reckon the bass could be a bit more prominent and more brooding. But would like a 320 please!

Check out the top two tracks on my soundcloud if you can, cheers.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to the tracks and giving me feedback, appreciate it.

Had a listen to BRRRGEEE. I think youve got to many sounds going on at one once and as a result none of the sounds stand out individually. I think a good mix down with eq'ing work will help that. I would say to improve the track, you shoudl make it less busy and maybe take certain sounds away and use them less, in other areas or not at all.

fair play to you, I honestly like bass to just sit there and give a warm low end - opposed to be the high light of the track - I suppose boosting it a bit wouldn't hurt though :)

Down The Rabit Hole: I actually REALLLLLLLY fucking like this (even though I tend to dislike tracks like this) ! The melody is sick, maybe keep the low end under control and take a bit of the reverb off the lead as it sounds VERY clashy when coming in ! Over all though this is big track! After a good proper mix this will be a stupidly sick tune which I hopefully will get on 320? .

I feel some of the elements are not heard enough (commenting as listening so...) around the 3:30 mark, maybe some stereo separation of the main lead would be nice, as its quite centred?

Londons Broken : Love the completely obscure sounds in this tune, the drums are really nice too! Great rhythm, once the bass hits, makes you just wanna close your eyes and just vibe out to the tune, the bass is deep as fuck the saturation/saw layered with it sounds lush ! - I feel the kick could do with more mid/high end as its very low end based and the sub is so deep the track screams for a dominant kick!

Overall though, both these tracks are sick !

Cheers for the feedback mate, i agree with everything youve said. Ive been trying to pin point certain elements that i felt werent working and after hearing the tracks so many times, i just couldnt work it out, so cheers!

I get what your saying on your track, i reckon if you boost the bass it wont become dark or overpowering, itll just give it that rumbly vibe almost bringing out the melody more.

Anyway i can get a 320, aim?

Tunes pretty deep, feeling the ambient vive. I reckon you could add some weight to those kicks. Maybe a deep sub bass in some sections, first note of each bar, add some bass weight, but i reckon that may be just me. Also the sharp inhaling sound is a little sharp at the moment. Do you have any hats atm? And where are those vocals from?

Would appreciate some feedback on the first two tunes on my soundcloud.

Cheers
