No.

Though if you're lifting that heavy that its causing you to have to take breaks, you should be taking breaks anyway.

Yeah I wasn't worried, but it seemed like an anomaly and I was curious about other people's experiences.

I've dropped down my deadlifts by ~40kg as am using the Fat Gripz more to build up grip strength and forearms, so not finding so much of a back thing as much as my forearm DOMS being next level right now.

It is NOT pain. I have zero discomfort. In fact, my whole back is feeling much better than since I started doing them again in September. Just an "empty lowerback I need to recharge in an inclined bench for a few minutes before I go on with the next exercise.

Anyone else experience this?

When I'm lifting my max DL I'm an absolute wreck after each set. It's not my back or my legs, I'm just absolutely fatigued and I need to spend a few minutes sitting to try and control my heart rate. I reckon I've been close to passing out a couple of times. I really need to work on my breathing.

Was at a calisthenics/street workout event last weekend, motivated as fuuuuuck. Insane strength these guys have.

This is a video of a previous event.

Just standard quad and hamstring stretches

For hammies I just touch the floor and stretch. For quads, I sit on the floor with the top of my one of my feet to the floor, and leaning back, with the other leg in butterfly position. Then I alternate.

Was thinking of such stretches, been doing some sort of program where I rest in deep squat position for 30 minutes a day for 30 days. As it should naturally be a rest position. (In a lot of country's they still rest that way, like India and China, they just chill and have a smoke or whatever)

first day back into the gym after a two week hiatus with injury b2b sickness. It's amazing how much strength you lose in a short period. Maybe I'm not quite 100% yet but I felt weak af.

Thinking of picking up some sort of yoga too. A good mobility is so great to have in life in general.

I'm about as inflexible as you can get. Something I'd like to focus on as well.

First thing...do you really need to join the gym?

A pullup bar and a hill to run up and down is all you really need to 'get in shape', unless you've got specific muscle training you want to do.

What aim do you have? If you are going only because "everybody do that" you will get nothing
