Cluekid, while mostly known, doesn't get the praise and love he deserves. I was obviously joking bout Mala btw.

why are people just naming established people except a few exceptions?

boxcutter has had several albums released on mu and doesnt make dubstep anymore and if you were into this in 2005-2006 youd know he was rightfully rated very highly..

killawatt has literally lifted off the last 18 months and had releases on subway, w&d and has been signed to osiris

???

I could pull at least 50 names out that are too an extent 'underrated'

Dubtrash !

His tracks and mixes are always doing it for me. With just one release I believe on Monkey Dub and his mixes getting not the deserved attention.

Underrated doesn't necessarily mean unknown. Look at all the hype around any new Hotflush, Swamp81, 50 Weapons or Night Slugs release compared to an Apple Pips, Livity, Idle Hands or Frijsfo one; Skream, Mala, Joy O, Boddika compared to Peverelist, Appleblim, Geiom, Cotti, Brackles; Headhunter's output compared to AG etc etc.
Sure, a lot are considered classics and/or were rated highly, but got somewhat "forgotten", specially since people started saying shit like "dubstep is dead", "140 is dead"...
