Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
well, and this is just me talking i have no factual info on this.... lets say jesse comes back. Tells walt where he was and says we gotta figure out a plan. Walts paranoia gets the best of him and he kills jesse to keep his prominence?
Jesse doesnt tell walt and goes after walt
Jesse doesnt tell walt and goes after gus/mike
Jesse does tell walt they go after gus/mike
Jesse doesnt tell walt and goes after walt
Jesse doesnt tell walt and goes after gus/mike
Jesse does tell walt they go after gus/mike
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
There's so many ways they could go, it's really hard to gauge. Like, would Jesse turn on Walt? I think Walt is too smart, I mean he operates on the same wavelength as Gus - always a step or so ahead. I don't know if Jesse would ever turn against Walt, he's never really shown any sympathy toward him. I doubt Walt has it in him to kill Jesse - he's helped him a lot, remember the end of Season 3 when he saved him from being shot by Gus' other employees? At the same time, I can see Walt perhaps losing the head at Jesse always fucking up.
I agree that Mike is probably sick of the shit he goes through for Gus and may take Jesse to a far out location and basically tell him that they need to team up and leave Gus; perhaps creating their own meth-selling setup with Walt? Am I right in thinking the cartel are due to reappear? I mean, they did try and jack the delivery lorry at the start of the episode so I reckon Mike might be looking to jump ship.

Who would cook then?pkay wrote:i just had a premonition.
what if mike is taking Jesse to meet gus (to that trailer in the middle of nowhere) to offer him the option of killing walt, teaching them how to do the meth, and getting the fuck out.
Like you kill walt or we kill you.

Jesse knows how to complete the cook. I'm guessing their offer, since walt is not willing, is to either become sole cook or teach someone they trust to cook, take a buy out and get the fuck out of their hair

Maybe Mike take out Gus.say_whut wrote:There's so many ways they could go, it's really hard to gauge. Like, would Jesse turn on Walt? I keep thinking too with that drawing and all that what if Walt sets up Mike to take the fall as him?
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
Walt is the closest thing Jesse has to a friend, regardless of what happens, Walt does look out for him, not just for the business. Obviously, Gus and Mike don't neseccarily know this, but the way I see it is...
I mean, what pkay suggested is definitely a turn of events you could expect in BB, precisely because you wouldn't expect it in the first place. But I don't think Gus and Mike would pick someone who doesn't care about his own life to save it and kill someone else in turn. Which he's obviously incapable of doing anyway.

maybe flip it then. Teach us the cook or we kill walt
that way jesse sneaks behind walts back etc.
In the back of the truck and with the ear bullshit i got the feeling that Mike was kinda like "fuck this shit, i'm taking all the risk here" so maybe this is all about him taking over?
But he did just recently consult gus about jesse.... so my main guess is hes bringing him to the meet at the trailer in the middle of nowhere.... telling him you're done, you're a risk, teach us the cook or we kill walt.
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
Yep, seems way more likely. Though they'd probably kill Walt and Jesse anyway, seeing as the recipe is the only leverage they've got, which I think Jesse knows.pkay wrote:Genevieve wrote:Walt is the closest thing Jesse has to a friend, regardless of what happens, Walt does look out for him, not just for the business. It's kinda contradictory right now, 'cause as you said, Mike seems to be mad frustrated with everything, but he still seems to cooperate with Gus. So it could be that Gus is still doing business as usual, while silently considering to switch teams.
Either way, if Gus does offer Jesse to kill Walt it would be a cool twist of events. Though a part of me is thinking that Walt is going to take up Saul's offer to to disappear completely, for Jesse.
Edit: shit will go down between Gus and Walter, Mike switches teams, Walt pays Saul to make Jesse disappear because the cops are closing in on him? o.O

Mike and Saul are tight arent they?
Though this is all to BB you know? Im pretty sure I'm on to something but im also pretty sure they are going to throw a twist like no other. Since episode 1 this season I've felt Jesse is going to die soon. I can't picture him dying at anyone elses hands other than Walt unless its suicide
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
It's so open right now, any of these twists we've suggested would be interesting I reckon. Walt's semi-meltdown in Saul's office came across like he does want to escape from it all. He was very naive in the start, thinking he could come into the meth game, get the money he needed and would leave. Obviously, it was never going to be that simple. Things like the car wash, the lies about gambling and the DEA's investigation getting ever closer to Walt are constant reminders.
I stand by my notion that the cartel will have a resurgence of sorts, and maybe that will in turn cause a dent in Gus' operation and allows Walt an opportunity to take over. As for Jesse, I'm finding it difficult to figure what direction he'll head in in these next few shows but I reckon he'll be dead by the end of this season. At this stage, his overwhelming apathy towards anything makes it hard for me to judge.
Shits intense

Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
yeah i hope those who were unhappy with episodes 2 and 3 this season felt vindicated in episode 4.... i think episode 5 we're going to get a glimpse of what kind of mindset jesse is truely in
you got a peak of it at the end of the episode with Mike and his money.... where he basically punked out mike on the steps

Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
Definitely, not going to lie, I was mildly let down by episode 2 and 3 but 4 has definitely got my full attention. Outside of the Jesse and Gus speculation, there was some fantastic scenes. Hank showing Gale's karaoke video was as funny as it was unnerving. Skylar's ruthlessness is welcome too, her constant use of Walt's meth selling as justification for their lies is very interesting to watch.

Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
skylars character is starting to get to me like Rita from dexter.... starting to get annoying
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
Starting to? I wanted her dead from s2
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
Really? She fucked me off for absolutely AGES, but now she's showing this other side I am finding her easier to tolerate. She was always so homely and whatever but now she's had the chance to show her cunning and ruthless side what with the gambling lies and trying to buy the car wash I reckon she's become far more interesting.

Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
I think it may be the fact that the majority of her interaction now is with walt. I dont like her vs walt convos.
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
I really, really did not like the confrontations. Walt barging into their (her?) home when the divorce was being thrown around was rather cringeworthy to watch. Their supposed teamwork is an interesting dynamic, much more entertaining than seeing Skylar do the predictable thing and fuck another bloke to make Walt back off.

maybe its some repressed subconscious thing... seeing them fight is just uncomfortable. That scene in episode 3 where shes asking about his black eye and threatening to call the cops just annoyed me so fucking much.
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
The "I'm sorry, so sorry for all of this" line was fucking hilarious.
Re: BREAKING BAD!!!!!
anyone think theres a chance the show ends after this season? i think it would be great if they ended it this year on a high note. that way the show doesnt get dragged on/ruined
