Picked this up direct from the label on Discogs:

Soundcloud

45Seven kill it so consistently. The package it came in contained so many stickers, flyers, postcards, etc. and came with a 7" adapter that looks like it's pressed from the middle of the vinyl. So sick.

Have you got a pic of the adapter? Sounds pretty cool!

Can't wait to get paid, there are so many records I want to buy!

I can get one tonight when I get home from work. Just a simple thing, but it's cool man. Black with red "45" on one saide, and red with black "7" on the other.

Should probably mention that the tunes are pretty :P: too! Fast becoming one of my favourite labels, can't see me missing one.

Yeah 45seven are killing it! What is their account on discogs? Would like to pick it up directly from them as well!

It's LXC, who runs Alphacut (and another label I think) too: http://www.discogs.com/user/LXC

Just noticed there's a picture of the adapter on the 45Seven page on discogs.

Like that but in red and black.

Cheers mate I know there's an alphacute label as well which runs with other affiliated DIY labels, pretty cool concept.

Explain why this is classified as dub or roots music?
I'm honestly interested in your responses.

It's definitely Dub but why is this any more Dub than another rolling bass number?
And why is it Dub over Dubstep?
I know the answer but I want to spark up some interesting conversation.

Oh, it's not really, it's just heavily influenced by it. On 45 seven, they tend to have one more jungly/dnb style tune, on the other side a dubbier version, plenty of delays, dubby bass, reverby stabs, jamaican people saying cool things, etc. The other side wasn't on soundcloud, so I couldn't put it up!

I get you.
It reminds me more of OTT - BLumenkraft, Killowatts, Zero Cult, Global Psychedelic chillout, Younger Brother, OOze, ....
More psydub.
It's just interesting to see a thread more related to the style I come from.

I REALLY wanted to reach but I've got to save money so I can move out :(

Such a good line up, when I was at the last Tokyo Dub i thought the sound system in the main warehouse sounded a bit weak though. Would want some serious chest rattling going on for Mad Professor!

Always thought the sound comments about main room were a bit unfounded, you just need to get up close really.

Funktion 1 F218s and Res 4s, can hardly complain. Plus full Iration sound in the other room, will be bloowwwing
