Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel ordered the Air Force to review its reliance on the rocket engine after tensions over Russia’s takeover of Ukraine’s Crimea region prompted questions from lawmakers about that long-time supply connection.

From 30 sec to 53 sec, the video pixelation and craft's lighting are far too genuine to consider this as a fake. It's a great capture. When you think about it, I don't know what the creator or poster of these types of videos would have to gain from fabricating UFO sightings. There's no universal reason for millions of folk to post fake videos of exotic craft.
