any feedback on any of mine? production forum seems to be just brostep in there.....Soundcloud[/quote]

Nice man! But yeah, just drop some parts out every now and again, some fills at the end of every 4 or 8 bars (even if they're just fx sends) add some percussion, switch it up a bit. It's nice though.

Private ninja link -t-

Probably a few things to sort out but it's pretty much there.

EDIT: And just like that... it's gone

Pretty much this, it's a really nice track but it lacks structure, could use a better mixdown too, I get the feeling that the mix is drowning in reverbs and it's not very "centered"

Soundcloud

new one, got more 3 or 4 tracks in the same style.
yeh mate i know what you mean about structure was just a loop extended to be honest... When you say better mixdown what do you mean by not very centered... normally people say they want things to sound wide...? your track is sick and obviously the mix down sounds nice thats the kind of thing im aiming for how do you get ur drums so crisp? compression or original samples or what?

All the drums go through Maschine's MPC 60 mode. For the kick it was one of those random club kicks, just reduced it around 500hz. Snare is a poppy snare sampled from vinyl layered with a sidestick from a linn machine compressed together. Hats are linn and vermonas samples. Hats have tons of reverb on it, snare and kick were sent to the same room reverb send, eqed that to get some of the highs out of the room. The key is to send it all to a bus like you would when NY compressing. Add a heavy compressor, followed by some tube distortion and then a tape sim to give some warmth. Balance the signals and you should get crispy enough drums.

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

Digging the tracks in here, nice variety of tunes. Spent a good hour checking things... That old dancing feeling... One man rave

I been out of it for too long. Spent this weekend on a binge, made a load of tracks... 92bpm though. Is that welcome here? Thought twice about the production area. Packing if so

also here's mine again w/ the bass cleaned up

Soundcloud

boxers, i'd insta-buy either of those tunes... especially groove house is fuckin massive

New one from me. Pretty different to what I have previously done,. Debating whether it needs some white noise or not.

Nice! Definitely needs white noise!

Anyone fancy checking out the tune in me sig? I'm struggling to categorize it, techno is the closest I'm getting.
