No fuck you. Do the Jazz is my favorite of the year too, at least Deep Medi wise.

I like Forest Funk, sounds like it would destroy the dance, haven't heard this one on a system yet but can't wait for the day I do! (cue the the DSF collectively rolling their eyes due to the old 'you need to hear it on a system' cliche!)

I agree it is an unusual fit for Medi, but increasingly I've come to expect the unexpected from this label.

Really agree, Forest Funk is another prime example.

That said, his previous EP was top notch imo

I agree with this to an extent. Moodswings is a great example of avoiding this--after the intro it gets a little more crazy but still keeps more of a melodic feel, and the intro melody is heavily incorporated throughout.

Very, very true, and yes that's a great example. I'm not sure if you meant the VIP of moodswings, or the original, but the VIP is such a good example of avoiding this issue.

Damn, Smooth Skin sold out very quickly. I'm really happy to see I Sed get repressed though, and I hadn't noticed how big Dark Path and SATURN are until now.

I got the I Sed, Smooth Skin, and Dark Path repress when they were repressed back earlier this year and they did come with colored sleeves.
