upstairs is quality, proper long room with a low ceiling gets a great atmosphere going. they sshut upstairs off at about half 3/4 though - absolutely agree with you on the downstairs

bar area is decent for a chat and a drink

Yeah, make sure it's all cleaned up Cliff... as long as you've not broken your toe, there's probably not much a Doctor will do other than clean it and tell you to stay off your feet for a couple of days.
