I don't understand all the hate for the production forum, tbh. Sure, there are a few knobs that come through every once and a while, but it's still an amazing resource with so many really knowledgeable people willing to help out - it's gold. I learned so much about production just spending a few months there.

I don't understand all the hate for the production forum, tbh. I learned so much about production just spending a few months there.

there are a lot of great people who frequent the production forum (wub, deadly habit, legend4ry, garethom) and make some great contributions, but the place is just so saturated with the thousands of wannabe "INSERT BROSTEP PRODUCER HERE"s and their dumb posts/questions/tracks. It was a great resource for me when I started out and I wouldn't be where I am production-wise without it, but it just got worse and worse as dubstep has gotten more popular to the point that it's quite unbearable (at least to me).

Seriously, don't sweat this too much... I've got a few mates from school that did the marriage/kids thing in their early 20s and, tbh, they're practically waiting for the grave already. Do you... good things tend to happen in their own time...
