Thinking of opening a bar/cafe with a friend of mine.. if we can get the capital. There's also a flat upstairs we could sublet as office space.. be a nice change being the landlord for once. Went and checked the place out today, looks pretty good. should be able to squeeze some decks and subs in there somewhere 8)
