all that yohji/rick stuff is pretty nice, but hard to wear out and about without looking like a weird fetish du. Brands i'm still interested in these days are old helmut lang / number(n)ine collections + any stuff by engineered garments/junya watanabe etc. Mostly just look for quality over looks tbh.

Fashion isn't about expensive brands or designers, it's about being functional while putting together some nice ascetically pleasing forms. Style doesn't cost a lot.

yeah lots of the stuff they make are insanely expensive but still really gorgeous, and not very practical. i always look for the more simpler sides of things from this kind of fashion. im obsessed with skingraft. have quite a few pieces from them, and it's not outrageously expensive.

After a quick look at skingraft, can't say i'm really a fan, really expensive and not exactly pioneering designs, you might like In aisce and Individual Sentiments esfandyar. Check them out.

the site really has nothing i would wear, and a lot of their designs are unfortunately not on there

. but i own the drop crotch pants, and under accessories i own the bandana scarf and the pleaded leather gloves.

see that doesnt look like a skirt at all, its part of layering different pieces, which i find to look sick as hell. the droopier the better
