This is quite just IMO, some might consider it just that but if you really think about it Steve Jobs had one of the biggest impacts on modern society since Thomas Edison or Henry Ford. Think of the material world we live in now. If you have a smart/touch screen phone, thank Steve Jobs. If you own a tablet, thank steve jobs. If you use a mac for in your studio, thank Steve Jobs. If your a fan of Pixar Animations, thank you know who....

He revolutionized the world of personalized computers, mp3 players, digital music, and animation.

Thing is he never invented anything. He was a brilliant businessman and knew how to sell products and make lots of money, but the world would not have been any different without him. All apple products are the same as other brands, except there more shiny, expensive and are over hyped.

He invented these things along with the engineers at Apple. My guess is he comes up with the concepts and the engineering teams make it into existance. Although by now we would almost definitely have all these things i listed Steve Jobs and Apple were the pioneers. Same goes for Henry Ford, without him i have no doubt in my mind that we would still have automobiles. But he was the pioneer in that field so we give him the credit. A huge majority of our personalized computers feed of Steve Job's creativity. Not slandering PCs or Motorollas though, there competition is what brings evolution and progression.
