The tempa artwork is too good, would love some sort of wall art I could buy.

Yeah same, or maybe some kind of collage of all of them. New proxima is always a good thing for me but tbh I didn't pick up the last 2 so hopefully they're going to throw a bit more variety around, other than kenshin SP's EP did very little for me...

I am late, but Truth's latest release lacked the unique sound they always had in the past. I Belong was excellent first time I heard it on a Yunx mix, Devil's Hands was boring dungeon.

not feeling the new proxima one. truth does nothing for me, neither, as well as the forthcoming J:Kenzo bits.
sad day :(

They seem to be moving very quickly to put out whatever yunx is pushing. Getting a little boring for me. Remember when they used to release stuff by the likes of cosmin trg, benga, and data? More Variety please. Nomine plate was good though.

absolutely agree. i also tend to say that many releases of their back catalog can be considered as classics, while very few of the recent tunes have the potential of becoming a future classic (Roteks, Ruffhouse and Hunted maybe). would be great to see a next Tempa Allstars representing a broader spectrum of the sound. there are still a couple of dubs out there i'd like to get like the Silkie Remix of Filth.

this

the label is more prolific than ever, but at the cost of variety. and most tunes recently barely have any replay value imo.

who's in charge of tempa now btw?

I agree but most of the releases don't make me go out of my way to buy the vinyl and by the time Youngsta has finished rinsing them not that maybe people care anymore.

They are very one dimensional atm, still releasing good tunes though so mustn't grumble.

I have to agree, they are releasing a few good tunes but I haven't bought very many of their latest releases. Some variety would be good. I'd be happy if they took a step back to the more 2steppy dark stuff.

What we need is the new Horsepower album! Their last 12" was great. "And now for something completely different..."
