Not really a sci-fi fan, but I read Neuromancer and thought I'd give this one a go.

Just started this one, it's a pretty good read so far. Covered Force Fields and Invisibility Cloaks! More to come!

This is an excellent book about ambient music and the develpoment of electronic sound through the 20th century. It's basically short biographies of tons of artists like Eno, Aphex, Pink Floyd etc. TBF there are some weird picks too (Enya anyone?!) but there's more than enough quality in there to offset it.

I've also been reading these collections of short stories. Both authors are masters of realistic sounding dialogue, which is my favourite stuff to read.

Good so far... though not as far out/horrible as I was expecting for some reason. Nice to read a novel for a change.

Finally finished the book I was reading, only took a month.. Truthfully that must be some kind of personal record.
Was pretty interesting considering nothing much happened in the storyline.

So my friend gave me this book that shes just finished, I have high hopes about it.. its about positive thinking etc.
People are way to quick to dismiss stuff like that.

Finished "The World According to Garp" an hour ago.
Took me a while before the book really caught my attention, but once I got into it, couldn't stop reading.

It's not really my kind of book, but still found it a very good book. Gonna try and read another book by Irving, maybe it's just the way he writes.
