I would find the cheetah/leopard/jaguar/unicorn/alpaca/whatever a little off putting tbh.

Yamaha PSR2100 (MIDI controller/cheesy synth trumpets)
KRK RP5
Zoom G2.1u fx pedal (loads of fx, very few that are actually good, wonderful for adding grit and noise tho)
Battered old electric guitar/ acoustic
Battered old Casiotone CT-430 (badman riddims and shit harps)
Broken bass amp (lovely hum)

Making the most out of found and broken gear :W:

my room at my parent's house on xmas break from college. MBP, behringer truths, mpd18, launchpad, keyrig49, 2xNDX400, M6usb, TT200. AT2020. the view is the best part of all

most of the shit is from christmas besides the records and the silver tankdrum. Saffire and mic, komplete 6, ableton orchestra, and green tank drum were from xmas. spoiled, i know. won't use most of komplete as far as the samples go, but massive, battery, and fm8 will certainly get used! took goddamn 5 hours to install fuckkk

this is what happened when I moved out. mom went mental!

yeah theyre great, i wouldn't get one in a major key though. that's why I got two now, with one you can't get any dissonance going on. but yeah, $200 for a custom instrument ain't bad at all!

This is exactly how I pictured your studio mate.

Is that electric guitar a Gibson?

Nah its a cheap knock off of a Gibson, my brother smashed the headstock years ago so it doesn't hold tune for more than about an hour.

This is my setup at my parents, its much more vibesy at my house where there's plants, a view of Bristol and I can blaze inside....

IDK why, but the way you have the keyboard on top of your MIDI controller is funny to me.
