heard some of the tracks on here, wasn't feeling any of them. just my opinion.

vocal tunes like Skeng and Jah War are how it should be done, if done at all.

The Living Legends / Vex'd track is my favorite by far. Such a cool tune, great hook.

Big up Plastician, Cashmere Agency, and all the producers and mc's involved. There was a LOT of hard work poured into this project, all being done for the love.

Cant wait to see it come out!

will give this a listen and see if my opinion changes. nt really feelin snoop and the madhouse vocal, but the other collabo's may be different so ill give it a chance.

theres so many different types of dubstep, i cant see why this stuff doesnt have a place somewhere. fair enuff nt everyone will feel it, but nobody has to like everything. this kind of stuff may be good to show to heads who dont know about dubstep but know about rap (who doesnt), a kind of halfway bridge for newbies.

but i cnt help thinking why is this not being done with uk rappers more??

make it happen plastic
If you knew how unreliable most UK MC's were you would know why its not being done!!

Besides that, they'd leak all the tracks on their myspace pages before the mixtape was finished anyhow.

the problem is not with the productions in themselves. its that these tracks probably weren't created with verse/chorus/verse vocals in mind so when the vocals are added there isn't much room for either to shine. it's like xzibit rapping over a d1 track trying to make it just a xzibit song. like i said before if either producer or vocalist came in with a mindset to create a song rather than just rap over/have someone rap over a track i think the outcome could be pretty dope. it's fine for a free release along the lines of what dj nappy was doing.

respect for the hard work though.
