Lol, if the painter didn't want it to be over-painted he should have done it on a wall on his own house.
Graffiti paintings like that make me think of crack cities.

I think we should vote for everything fuck leaving it to the decison of one man let the people who it matters to decide for everything, that is wars and stuff like that too. I think a public vote would be a more effective way of dealing with things. One person should not have that power everyone has diffrent opinons and views Look at the lockerbie bomber its becuase of the decison of one man he was released and the whole of scotland got the blame becase of one minister. sorry if i went a bit of topic but yeah i think we should have public votes instead of dickheads who dont know anything about this stuff. Art is not graffiti and this looks like art to me.
