i have a macbook, i love it. i grew up on pcs they are legit until you get a virus and or dont take care of thangs. the one thing i wish i could do on my mac is be able to see ALL of what is running and turn off whatever im not using off to keep my cpu cleeaan, for a fairly new computer my mac is a wee bit slow, but i think im just confusing that with slow internet...
this shits awesome though i definitely dont regret getting my mac.

I have used both PC's and Mac's. My main reason for getting my PC so many years ago was so I could download programs and games, which you couldent do as easily on Mac;s at the time.
With my PC I stopped getting viruses once I stopped using shit like Kazaa and illegally downloading software. With the Mac I never had problems sending files back n forth, that has more to do with the software anyway.
The Mac definetly runs alot smoother compared to the PC in terms of getting overloaded and freezing then having to push ctrl-alt-delete.
At the end of the day I am really impressed by how good the mac's work and I will never go back to the PC if I can help it. Although it is tempting with the power and technology on PC's mainly for blue ray, 1080p resolution and HDMI out...But whatever my future macbook pro will be for production not for watching hi def movies.

I agree with this, i think the notion that you NEED a Mac and Logic to make music is incorrect. If you get a PC i would advise trying to get your hands on XP, or, i have heard good things about Windows 7.
I would try and argue a point for either platform but to be honest i haven't owned a Mac to either promote or critisise it lool.
