The vocal sounding voice was made in Sugar Bytes Unique and pretty much everything else was made in Massive. You should be able to get the same type of sounds in pretty much any subtractive wavetable synth. Just spend alot of time adding different filters and bouncing your sound different ways. The more movement in your sounds the better.
