I only use the downsample function though, and really only on drum stuff, sometimes on basses but fairly moderate use

Wow demo restrictions include:

-Timeout after 30 minutes and 30 days
-No saving
-No recall - Settings will be saved with the song file, but the demo won´t recall them. The full version will load settings made with the demo.

Definitely no 30 day timeout, but there is a 30 minute one. To get around that, i get everything else finished on the bassline first, then insert WOW and get it sounding juicy. Can do that in under 30 minutes, and then just bounce it down to audio so it's permanent. A bit of a bitch, but generally works great.

Will be buying it soon though to say thanks!

Bitcrusher + reverb on a send, put your percussives too it...

Bitcrusher on send coming from your snare....

what would this do - make really bright reverbs? I'm often trying to get clean reverb sounds. Interesting idea though, def will try it out.

i often use the cmt bitcrusher, with downsampling on 1 and medium to heavy drive, as a drum bus to add beef and grit to all my drums. The kick and snare usually sent harder to the bus then other perc. Generally ill do this over sidechaining unless i feel the sidechain is really nessecary, wich is hardly ever.

see i rarely use the distortion and overdrive on cmt, i prefer routing it to greasetube for that drive generally software wise
