First the big drums, which I've been in love with since I first heard 'em... then the actual instrumental/singing part at around 1:30 -

- this song makes me so happy I want to dance every time I hear it. Had it played LOUD at my wedding reception and gave out egg shakers for everyone to play along. Fucking awesome.
