Ohmygod by ohmforce is free and gives numerical readings in hertz. It sounds like sex too, but that is besides the point... 8)

Use the Fruity Free Filter.

I rate it highly, its simple and does the job nicely.

So true man. You're getting a good sound from verbs too now? I remember you saying you couldn't get a reverb you liked.
