Re: so I just bought some monitors and have a question.
Thanks for taking a minute to answer my questions, Static Cast. Ready to write some new tunes now.

Re: so I just bought some monitors and have a question.
hey yall so it worked swimmingly fyi I went down to the music store and bought a audio to 3.5 jack or whatever and plugged em in did some adjustments and they sound awesome! Also my lappy has two audio outs so I also plugged the sub in from the other system without its speakers so now I can turn that on and off and hear/feel the low end at least to a degree for reference.

Re: so I just bought some monitors and have a question.
that's how i do it with my rokit 5's, bring everything down to one 3.5mm jack plugged straight into my laptopyamaz wrote:That would require an adapter right? My krk rockits have 1/4 inch so I use a mixer or usb interface.... to plug directly into laptop would require a 3.5mm stereo splitter - 2 mono 1/4 inch adapter...
but this setup is only until i can afford a decent mixer,
it works just fine although sometime you will hear interference, or at least i do
My first dubstep tune, been producing for around 5 months, so be gentle, lemme know what you think

About 3months now. I read all those reviews people saying it was buggy etc. havn't had a problem since day 1nowaysj wrote:How long have you had the Saffire. Initially I researched that thing and there were a tun of vista complaints. I guess they fixed all that?lp wrote:For the money I spent I can't say anything bad about my Focusrite Saffire 6. It has 2ins 4 outs and gives a very nice sound as well as low latency recording and playback. Never had a problem with it and im runnin Windows 7.
