there are no rules, but most DJs ain't gonna play your tunes if they can't mix them... so if you're writing for the club you gotta bear somethings in mind!

Well I think if a DJ is keen enough to play out a song, they should know it inside out. Therefore they'll know where to blend from, whether it drops after 32 or an obscure number.
