One of my favorite things to do is to use a pitch shifter before a long reverb on a send. it makes whatever you send to it pulse out a strange harmony. its really good on drones or atmospheric sounds

I also love useing Abeltons effect racks. Being able to route and scale the macro knobs to multiple parameters lets you make insane twisting effects, especially with delays

substitute a buffer override plugin with your pitch shifter for some fun :wink:

never heard of that before. i'll have to try it out, sounds pretty sweet

yeah, retrigger effects are awesome too, but I useually use them after the verb for a clickier sound. Also high and lowpass filters are essential for every send
