The stuff being released on Area is in this type of vein. Lysergene is definitely a guy you should be checking if your digging this type of stuff.

It was like ‘I’ve given you some tips, now go do your thing now.’ And from that we made the album. But the halftime thing of Youngsta and Loefah, I only heard about that recently. I don’t know any history at all.

tbh others can come close but no one can match km's style. they produce the darkest heaviest tunes, period. and their atmospheres are unmatched as well, dons straight up

I'm in agreeance with this statement. I've checked out a few of the suggestions and while a bit of the sound is similar - it's really unmatched. You know, it's like Stanley Kubrick, many may want to emulate his visual style - but very few or almost none succeed.
