9 is the best, followed by 7, 6, 3 then 10. Played virtually all the Final Fantasys besides 11 but thinking about giving 14 a butchers, get back on the MMO bike which to be fair, probably isn't a good idea with me going into my final year. I have a track record of becoming a hermit.

I love them all. Only one I never played was XI because I cant get into MMORPGs anymore they are fun but waste too much time. I was hooked on the original Everquest back in the day.

So I wont likely be getting XIV but XIII Versus looks really promising.

XIII was actually really good IMO. The battle system was good and thy game was so detailed I was really enjoying the visuals. The story was Its weak point and that is usually the strong point in the games but that aside It was a good game

So launch is tomorrow for pre-ordered CE

A guild I've help run/been a part of for the past 5 years is branching over to FF14. We're well established... site, 100 person ventrillo, plenty of members.

We'll be on the Fabul server, the majority of us will be using Gardinia as our starting city.

Hit me up if you plan to play/are interested

6 was the best by faaaaaaar. The main bad guy made Hitler look like a fucking pussy. He was also a clown.
5 had the best job system.
13 involves pressing A/X constantly for 95% of the game.
10 was great, even though the cutscenes were cringeworthy.
1 was classic.
2 was tedious in levelling up abilities.
4 had a great story.
7 is overrated, but still really fucking good.
8 is emo as balls.
9 is my second favourite. I hated the style at first, but grew to love it for the sheer amount of chocobo sidequests.
X-2 was gay, but the costume system was done well.
Never played 12 or 3.

8 had awesome design to it in terms of the buildings and vehicles and shit. Plus great music

and I actually liked the junction system and the plot even if it is a bit of a mess.

That over rides the fact that Squall is a bit of a nob for me.

It's definitely my favourite.

I neeed to play VI more though. I have a feeling if I got deeper into it it could be the best.

6 was the best, IMO.

13 was a waste of money. I let my nostalgia get the best of me.

That being said, I can't get past this weird ship boss so maybe my opinion of the game is flawed since I haven't played through it.
