Dead Island is by far the most violent game i've ever played. It's a lot of fun.

Dead island. Hands down. Fucking brutal game. Brilliantly made, extremely realistic vibe. They pull of the 'what it would feel like if you were actually there' feeling perfectly. From the sounds, absolutely gorgeous enviroment to the first person view up close and brutal extremely sporadic fighting, one minute you're walking along on some mission or other, the next you've got a zombie trying to chew your face off screeching horribly (like they sound in 28 days later) more pouring out of everywhere all of a sudden from hearing the sound of the first zombie.... and the way they move! so realistic. My hearts in a constant state of flutter when i play that game and I'm usually pretty hard nosed when it comes to that shit. One of the only games that genuinely sketches me out, man, i can't even discribe how amazingly epic that game is, completely open world too GTA style. Crafting system, character classes, upgrades, really great voice acting and a well developed plot so far too, only 5 hours in.

Dead island is definitely the new landmark in zombie games.

get it now! fucking seriously.

I agree with you on most points especially the realism. I'm suprised the game was allowed to be released. Smashing the back of someones head in with a hammer while they are on the ground is fucked up  You are totally wrong about the voice acting. It is pretty damn awful to be honest and makes me not give much of a shit about the story.

Dead Rising does look sick, I was watching the gameplay trailer and although it looks awesome, it seems to be one of those games where you hear the same soundbites over and over.

If you consider the people in Condemned as zombies, then that is the scariest game i've ever fucking played and its ment

Really? thats a bit mad I still think the voice acting is pretty top notch. The only thing with it imo is that sometimes its 'too' animated to fit with what the character models are actually doing, like a guy is in fairly deep hysterics over killing his mate, and the character model is kneeling down with a fairly straight face on. Thats what ruins the realism for me, not the voice acting, that to me has always been top notch. *shrugs*

And how will you inquire into a thing when you are wholly ignorant of what it is? Even if you happen to bump right into it, how will you know it is the thing you didn't know?
