Not everything has to be completeley experimental. Always been feeling his tunes, consistently sick darked out stripped back bass heavy rollers, just what the doctor ordered.
yeah man I completely agree wiv ^^... actually what i was trying to say but jus not very well - think was just trying to wrack my brains to think of a reason why some people might not be on it..... guess its just each to their own tho innit....
big up
Lack of sub! Simples.

joker d is a badman! cant get enough of this sound! laid back but so dark at the same time! one of the few producers that make me think "oh shit!" i need to raise my game every time i hear one of their beats! impeccable vibe!

Haha yeah. The sound stopped coming out the left hand speakers (from the booth looking out) which added to his anger.

Add that to the fact the mixer fucked half hour into his Rinse show and he had to abandon ship. He was not a happy boy.

Still carried on like a true professh though :)

Anyone remember that tune with the 'Yeah coming in with the danger' (or something) sample just before the drop from a couple months back? Seems to have fallen off the radar, and his soundcloud but was a beast of a tune none the less.

You mean this one?

As you can see it's not by LX1. And it probably has fallen of the radar since it wasn't finished yet, and the copy yunx had was just a test-version.

think its testament to how sick Lx's production is now days that Youngsta is opening up the Rinse CD with 3 of his tunes in a row, and has a fourth featured later, large up's to LX!!
Also from his twitter recently he said he's got a load more tunes in the work, and he's taking Dj bookings too! yes mate.

Gota give it to this guy. A lovely character and never fails to amaze with his productions. I would love to hear a colab with KM. ;-)

And that new as yet untitled SP:MC/LX One collab ('Mind of a Killer'). Bliss tune!!

LX One and SP are masters of the stripped-down sound! It is so difficult to make sparse, space-dominated tracks sound that forceful, urgent and 'necessary'. They know how to do it. Dons!

hah, was listening to Give it Up and then saw this thread. i love his sound, he keeps the basics, the essence of dubstep alive. deep bass and a swangin' halfstep beat.
